Situation
User get the Shop101 app to increase their business, but oftentimes do not know what they should do to actually grow further.
Challenges
How do we introduce activities the user should do without being intrusive?
What would make users build the right kind of habits
How much of the future journey do we expose to the user without being over whelming
What metrics define success?
Process
The process for this exercise actually started from user feedback which we received, where users constantly requested for activities they could do to improve their business. Upon conducting a contextual enquiry, there was more clarity on what needs to be built. Further wireframes and mockups were shown to the end users to get feedback on wether tasks would be useful for them.
