Customer Support Panel

Situation
With increasing traffic on the app, it becomes imperative for customer support to be able to access any information quickly. 
 
Process
Talking to the support team (internal employees of the company itself) and discussing the problems they face in the current process. The flexibility here was that the solution need not be a software only! So the brainstorming for the panel happened with the users themselves (so rare in  the design process). The wireframes were discussed and shown to them. A marvel prototype was created for end -users to interact with. Post that
