Process
Analysing data from the previous onboarding and understanding where the drop-offs were happening. This led to a paradigm shift in the way we perceived our target audience. The flow was changed to get users to signup first and then explore the app. Post analysis wireframes were created and shown to users who have never seen the app before. With those inputs in mind a mockup was created before handing off to developers. Post-development again the funnel was tracked and constant improvements where tried to make the onboarding smoother. The process never ends! :)
