Store Dashboard
Situation
Sellers open this app multiple times a day to process orders, check for shipping updates and to share their products on social media. These are fairly mundane tasks and need to be completed by the seller as quickly and as effectively as possible.
Enable sellers to see exactly what they need based on their persona and behaviour. This had to be done without disrupting their main task of order processing or sharing with buyers
Process
As mentioned earlier the need was to understand the hurdles faced by each persona and design the dashboard keeping those in mind. So the process naturally started with noting down the requirements of each persona. This was then verified with the sellers themselves followed by wireframing and creating the tiles.
As this was to be built in react native, it was also important to understand how best to design to take maximum advantage of this technology.
